StarCaps Litigation Update
On November 10, 2008, Pinnacle Law Group LLP filed in the California Superior Court (Alameda County) the first class action lawsuit in the country on behalf of consumers who purchased StarCaps because StarCaps represented the product to be “an all natural dietary supplement” when in fact, it actually contained Bumetanide, a powerful loop diuretic.
The lawsuit seeks to stop any further sale of Bumetanide and for restitution for all those that purchased the product.
