Experience

Rachael B. Seymour is a member of the Real Estate and Business Transactions team. Her practice focuses on retail development and commercial leasing. Ms. Seymour joined the firm in 2003 and became an associate attorney in 2006 during which time she has gained an extensive background in commercial lease drafting and negotiations. Ms. Seymour has represented clients in the preparation and negotiation of leases, lease amendments, subleases, subordinations, option agreements and estoppel agreements, as well as advising them through the environmental due diligence and site assessment process and review. Ms. Seymour also has experience in title work, purchase and sale agreements, business agreements and entity formation, operation, and governance documents.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Ms. Seymour interned in Washington D.C. at the Office of U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein, and was promoted to Staff Assistant in Ms. Feinstein’s San Francisco office.

While at Golden Gate University School of Law, Ms. Seymour earned a certificate of specialization in Intellectual Property and was a member of the Honors Lawyering Program.
