You're invited to our next small business/entrepreneur lunch forum.  This will be an excellent program covering a variety of legal and practical issues in informal business, including "accidental" partnership formation, sweat equity claims, and dispute resolution.

 

This forum will address the common pitfalls of entering into a partnership (or similar entity) informally, and even by mistake, and how maintaining its informal nature will not only have a negative impact on its ongoing business operations, but will eventually subject the owners to various duties which could lead to a forced sale of the business.
