General Insolvency and Workout Matters
The firm provides a full range of services to clients, including creditors and debtors, who encounter legal issues related to insolvency and debt workout. Among the matters in which the firm is experienced are “out-of-court” resolution of debt collection matters, assignments for the benefit of creditors, state and federal court receivership, pre- and post- judgment collection litigation, individual exemption rights and related matters.
Cases Under the Federal Bankruptcy Code
The firm provides representation on virtually all transactional and litigation matters which may arise in cases filed under the federal Bankruptcy Code.
Reorganization
The firm is able to provide all legal services necessary to facilitate or oppose reorganization under the Bankruptcy Code, including, matters arising under Chapters 9, 11 and 13. The firm has extensive experience representing not only debtors, but also creditors, secured and unsecured, landlords, trustees, examiners and creditors’ committees.
Liquidation
Pinnacle provides complete Chapter 7 services to individuals, corporations, partnerships and other business associations which desire liquidation of their assets under the Bankruptcy Code.
Bankruptcy Litigation
The firm is experienced in representing all parties on virtually all issues that give rise to litigation in a bankruptcy case including, but not limited to, preferences, fraudulent transfers, post-filing transfers, automatic stay relief, assumption/rejection of leases, licenses and executory contracts, plan disclosure and confirmation, “cram-down”, exemptions, appointment of trustees, proofs of claim, dischargeability of debts, discharge, involuntary bankruptcy, discovery and related matters.
